Overview of the Six Units

The John Haynes Foundation have utilised the above strategies and principles to accelerated learning and designed a six-phase coaching programme consisting of the following:

  • Phase One ‘Ground’ – Prepare the mind for learning.
  • Phase Two ‘Emerge’ – Delight in the subject you are studying.
  • Phase Three ‘Nurture’ – Engage in your preferred learning style.
  • Phase Four ‘Improve’ – Develop the 7 intelligences.
  • Phase Five ‘Unearth’ – Show you know ‘Reinforcing the learning’.
  • Phase Six ‘Reflection’ – Transfer your learning to long-term memory.

Each phase is delivered by an experienced John Haynes Coach. In each 3-hour session, the ideal number of students is 12, however, we can adapt to the needs of each client.
